Elizabeth Alexandre, L.Ac, MSTOM is a nationally board certified and state licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist who practices in the East Village of New York City. In addition to her special interests, which include female reproductive and general health, emotional and psychological disorders, and muscular-skeletal disorders, Elizabeth Alexandre is certified in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture.
Elizabeth’s methods of administering this noninvasive cosmetic acupuncture treatment results in improved muscle tone and dermal contraction, increased collagen production, improved facial circulation, minimized appearance of fine lines, tighter pores, and most interestingly, she works to slow the aging process from within.
Elizabeth is also trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and practices Applied Channel Theory Palpation developed by Dr. Wang Ju-Yi of Beijing, China. This clinically effective palpation methodology applies classical acupuncture theory to the physical changes in the channels, which leads to more effective and precise point selection, location, and technique.

Elizabeth is a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine, including Diplomat of Acupuncture and Herbology, and is board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She graduated with Honors from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York where she earned a Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and practices Applied Channel Theory Palpation developed by Dr. Wang Ju-Yi of Beijing, China, whom she studied under during her post-graduate studies.
