Dr. Gervaise Gerstner is a board-certified dermatologist with a passion for combining the inherent art of her practice with the latest technologies available. Dr. Gerstner graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Princeton University before earning her M.D. from Mount Sinai Medical School. After her internship, she fulfilled a dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital where, during her final year, she was selected as Chief Resident of Dermatology, and now volunteers her time as Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology.
Dr. Gerstner is an associate member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Dermatologic Surgeons, and an active member of the Dermatology Foundation and the Skin Cancer Foundation. She has been published in several dermatologic journals and has served as editor for Clinics in Dermatology, a medical journal addressing treatment and care of skin disorders.
Dr. Gerstner rounds out her solid academic background as the global ambassador for L’Oreal Paris.
