Laura Kraber is among the team of health coaches at the famed Eleven Eleven Wellness Center, founded in 1992 by Dr. Frank Lipman. The health coaches at Eleven Eleven are rooted in the philosophy that wellness comes from the interaction of many areas of your life. It’s not just what you eat that makes you healthy. Other key factors in your life can play a major part, including how you handle stress, how you move your body, your relationships, and environmental toxins, among others.
Laura Kraber is passionate about helping people transform their health through nutrition by focusing on traditional, whole foods, and identifying imbalances and food sensitivities. When she and her 6 year old son were both diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2011, Laura was inspired to leave her career in digital marketing to study nutrition and became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
Encouraged by the significant improvement in her family’s health after removing gluten and processed foods from their diets, Laura works with individuals and families to effect dietary changes that resonate throughout their lives.
Laura, along with the other Eleven Eleven Wellness Center experts, is focused on sustainable health and wellness rather than quick fixes. Dr. Lipman’s approach is to offer patients a customized blend of Western Medicine with acupuncture, nutritional counseling, vitamins and herbs, relaxation techniques, physical therapy and bodywork.
Laura is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
Laura’s patients love her fully integrated family approach, incorporating food changes not just to the individual, but to an entire family lifestyle.
