It’s Hot In L.A.—AKT Fitness Opens Pop-Up Classes
The classes, famous for their blend of dance, kickboxing, yoga, plyometrics, and strength training, are the antidote for any bored, trend-based, painfully repetitive routine you’re currently on. A few months ago, our founder Robin Shobin spent a few days with Anna Kaiser and was completely convinced.
Sessions run 60 or 75 minutes, and the L.A. version will be taught by Master Trainer and Director of Professional Development Ariel Hoffman. The classes will be taught at Pacific Arts Center starting Wednesday, November 2nd at 9:00 a.m., then a 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. class Thursday, 9:00 a.m. Friday, and a closing class on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Classes will be $30 each.
